OK, so how do you say “1300” as a time?
I’d probably say “thirteen hundred hours” if I don’t just say “one pm”.
Why do we say “thirteen hundred hours” and such? Surely it should be “thirteen hundred minutes” or just “thirteen hours”… very strange!
