Well, just got back from my birthday celebrations with my coursemates. Here’s the list (as I did last time) of the places we went:

Anyway, fun was had by all, was a generally good night, although I thought it might end early for me at one point when the alcohol felt like it was getting the better of me. But I buckled down and softened up my drinks and kept going until the end. Interestingly I smoked tonight for the first time ever… not really out of choice – they bought me a birthday cigar (which cost a good few quid judging by the size of the thing!) so I felt abliged to at least try it. Anyway, it wasn’t quite as bad as I thought it would be, but was still pretty manky… got used to it after a while and began to enjoy it. Don’t think I’ll do it often tho. I also think it may have contributed to my not feeling too great in the middle of the session…
Anyway, I should head off to bed with one last comment:
