WOW!
I went to have a second viewing on 20 Kittiwake Mews today.
The third bedroom is way too small, so we thought about spending money extending it. Decided it was probably worth it.
I offered the asking price.
It was accepted.
So, if nothing goes wrong, I should be a home-owner in a matter of months! How cool is that?
