I had a good night’s sleep after my Tae Bo, am a little stiff this morning, but not too bad.
Plan for today is to work this arvo, go to Nathan’s this evening before heading to church for “Connected 2”, an alternative worship/prayer event – the first one was cool, so I’m looking forward to this one.
Then a bit more work before bed.
Oh, and I think KT “slavedriver” Oppenheimer, wants me to do some more Tae Bo, but I think I’ll avoid that.
